VSF Event Production (“VSFep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may provide shipping, local delivery, customer pickup, or on-site delivery depending on the product, equipment, order, or service purchased.
Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Processing times vary depending on product availability, order size, custom requirements, and delivery location. Estimated processing or delivery times will be provided when available.
Shipping and Delivery Charges
Shipping, freight, local delivery, setup, pickup, parking, tolls, handling, and related charges may be billed separately unless specifically included in the invoice or written agreement.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
